Defensive and Advanced Drivers Training

This is an exclusive service for drivers who want to further their driviing skills on proper road usage/management, accident prevention and overall driver etiqutte. Our courses cut across; Principles of Defensive Driving, Accident Procedure, Vehicle System Control, Motion Management, Managing Prevailing Condition, Road Traffic Signs, Signals and Markings, Road Traffic Laws, Rules and Regulations, Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Fuel Economy. e.t.c

The training is a 2 - day program with both practical and theory courses and it is not limited to light vehicles only but also available to heavy duty trucks and motor-bikes. On completion of this training, graduated drivers would be able to perceive hazards in order to take proactive steps before it is too late. This makes the driver more responsible on the road

Drivers Outsourcing

Our Drivers Outsourcing offers recruitment, training and outsourcing of drivers to private individuals and corporate organizations. Our service in this specialized field is unique, detailed and flexible to the extent that the peculiarities of our array of clients are professionally attended to. Apart from the provision of trained and dependable drivers, this service affords our clients - corporate and individual - benefits such as proper Security Check on drivers, relevant Medical Checkup and Automatic Replacement in the event of client's drivers not reporting to place of primary assignment (Next Day Replacement). Our drivers are professionals and are well kitted.

This exclusive service comes in two (2) main categories which are: Contract/Out-sourcing Package: Driver(s) are seconded to clients and all issues relating to salaries, statutory payments (Pension, Group Life, etc.), uniforms, annual leave, promotion, benefits and other personnel and administrative matters are handled by AA Rescue. We also carry out Medical Tests, Security Checks on the drivers. Similarly, the client also gets Next Day Replacement where the driver resigns, sick or is dismissed from the client. In this case, the driver remains the staff of SETY INTEGRATED RESOURCES LIMITED and is only seconded to the client. Cost Implication ranges from: N20, 000 – N 35, 000 (Twenty Thousand Naira – Thirty Five Thousand Naira Only) as monthly Service Charge per driver, exclusive of driver’s salary.

One-Off Recruitment Package: This service affords our clients a driver Recruited, Tested and Certified according to basic requirements of driving. This is a one-off service where the driver subsequently becomes the employee of the client. Cost Implication: A one off service charge of 10% of the driver’s Gross Annual salary (payment must be confirmed before deployment). In this Package the driver is screened and recruited on behalf of the Client, the driver recommended will be subject to further tests by the client as they deem fit. SIRL Replacement policy will only apply for 12 weeks after employment of the driver by the client. We recruit various categories of drivers including truck drivers and dispatch Riders.

Drivers Licence processing

At setty driving school we also help to facilitate processing of your drivers licence within a short periiod of time from verification to Certification which helps you to drive with easse without having issues with law enforcement Agencies.
